I am prefacing this review with my own personal bias, as James represented me in a malicious DHS case out of Weld County. I asked him later to represent me when I sought to regain custody of my children. This was a complex case, laden with every dramatic thread you can imagine. My trust in his abilities began during the prior case & that is why I sought his help at this next phase. Though full of obstacles created, James continually reassured me to keep doing everything I was doing & this would work out. Having been through the grinder of DHS, I feared the outcome wouldn't be what I desired. James & his staff were always available to address my concerns, worries & help me with my case throughout the 3 years it took to come to fruition. The result: I regained full custody of my children. I couldn't have succeeded in this effort without him! Very professional. He will tell you like it is. If you don't like that, well ERGO his bad reviews. He gave me the proverbial speeches I had from my dad growing up regarding "where the bear SH**S in the buckwheat". This man is honest, has integrity & will serve you to the hilt to achieve results!
