HORRIBLE!!!! I used them a few years ago for my auto accident. Not only did they take over two years to settle, and it was obvious that it was not my fault (passenger in an suv that flipped over) Mr Hopson told me that "I don't usually take cases this small, it's not worth my time". After he told me to accept a small amount, he charged me for stamps, copies etc.
