The fact is that our case was a bit complicated one since the accident occurred in Alabama, yet Horn Law Firm made it very simple for us. They were ok, but they were not good at communicating and many times acted irritated when I called for an update (I only called if they missed a deadline THEY gave me)... So maybe keeping your clients updated would be something good to add to your current process. .
