Howard, Clark & Howard Pllc

I have used this firm on and off for a couple of years for different reasons.I liked them because they always put the people 1st before money, they actually showed that they cared. I liked them so much I referred people to them because I felt that they could help. And boy was I wrong!!!! Recently policies and people have changed. They are now treating people like a $, just like every other lawyer in this world.....and it's really sad. I was scheduled for a phone conversation with one the lawyers (that was reschedule twice). On the 3rd time the reception (who came off extremely rude) told me that in order for any of the lawyers to look at my case or even speak to me I needed to pay $5000. Well the case was very simple and from what the other lawyers in town told me gathered that $5000 was completely taking advantage of someone. I am so disappointed because they were one of the few good lawyers in this town.

Recently, I had the opportunity to meet with Attorney T. Brooke Howard, II. Attorney Howard's name was given to me by a friend. From the beginning of our meeting, Mr. Howard was positive and had an encouraging smile. Thoughout the conversation, he asked the right questions, listened to my responses, and evaluated my situation. Unfortunately, at the end of our meeting, Attorney Howard realized my case was beyond the scope of his expertise. Attorney Howard provided me with the name of another attorney and said he would contact him for me. If I'm in the need of legal services in the future Attorney Howard would be my first call.

Daniel Bounds represented me on a reckless driving charge and got it dropped to a non-moving violation with no impact on my record. He is very comprehensive in the paperwork that he asks you to compile but it's because he clearly has a wealth of experience in the county and knows exactly what will be required in order to produce a favorable result in court. Do exactly what he says and it will turn out alright. You can trust this firm. Highly recommended.

Brooke who was recommended to my husband and I from by a family friend worked very hard to achieve the best possible outcome we could have hoped for. Mr. Howard comes from a very respected linage of lawyers. His father and grandfather could easily be argued as the top two lawyers Fauquier has known. This was a reason, but not the only reason i reached out to Brook Howard as i knew full well I could trust a lawyer with the last name Howard. With out hesitation i would recommend Brook Howard.
