We worked with Howard Auld and Ryan Froehlich, My wife and I could not have been happier with their service and Knowledge of the system. We were very frustrated to find a mortgage lien on our deed from over 20 years ago, that was never properly removed when we paid off the loan. Of course the bank in question was out of business. Howard and Ryan gave us so much information to track down the successor that was responsible for the loan. It was incredibly hard to get information from any banks that we contacted.
