I can not speak on the other attorneys in this firm but David Stowers is a complete joke. He handled my case 4 years ago as a PD and didn’t even bother to look at my case. In my last court date he attended he tried to put a weapon in my hand when the witness statement clearly said I did not have a weapon. He then missed my next court date and I had to make my deal with the prosecutors myself and his boss at the PD firm took it over and my case was settled within 2 weeks when Stowers could not handle it in over a year with a simple plea deal.

Mr. Mason took my grandson case that was a loser and didn’t think there was anyway to get him out of being charged. I was hoping to keep him from going to jail because he was caught with 1/2 ounce of weed. My grandson has a medical card in Arkansas to have that much but Tennessee doesn’t except that normally. Mr. Mason was unbelievable and talked the prosecutor into dismissing the charges with a small fine if he doesn’t get caught again in 1 year. We were so happy and will always be grateful to Mr. Mason and will tell everyone we know if you need a good attorney Jere Mason is the Best. He was very reasonable too!!
