I hired this law firm for a property line dispute. I do not recommend this firm if you require litigation. I feel that I was not adequately represented. Matt Padgett was originally assigned to my case and in the middle of litigation, he took another position and I was not informed until much later. None of the parties involved ( info provided by me) were contacted and more deference was given to the opposing counsel. Thousands of dollars later, I was left with a messed up property line! Therefore, I would not recommend this firm for property litigation! Donna Nickson
