Words cannot express my gratitude for Huhem Law Firm and staff members, especially Caytie. I was able to successfully obtain my property back from an Eviction Hearing and Writ of Possession. However, without Huhem Law Firm this would not have been obtainable. My process from the beginning to the end was professional, knowledgeable and the staff showed empathy in my case and assured me my ownership of my private property would be victorious and indeed it was. There's no happier person than a truly thankful and content person. Most importantly, God never makes a mistake when he sends his Angels to your battlefield. Mr. Huhem and staff were there and very prompted along the way with detailed instructions on every aspect that took place in the process. No hidden agendas and very reliable. They also, gave me some very important tips on renting out my property again: please do your background, criminal, bankruptcy and credit checks, make monthly visits to your property and if you always smell a horrific and unpleasant odor approaching your front door, or no one returns or answers your phone calls/text messages in a timely fashion, excuses and lack of anything else please don't hesitate to start your process of eviction once you investigate the situation. This law firm is extremely rude and disrespectful. I got my car illegally towed, even though I had a handicap pass. The car was towed as what we know now failure for tow company to see pass. My car received extensive damage as result of the tow. I had to call police both at where my card was towed and at towing facility to file a report and also have a witness. Upon arrival to towing lot a handicap placard was visibly displayed. \ Anyways retrieved car later that day in order to look at the damage in more detail during the day and get pictures and more videos before leaving towing facility. I followed the procedure by taking car to care shop to get professionally looked at, which more damage was found that not immediate visible by just an eye. Like the damage to my wheels and suspension, to name a few. I submitted 2 estimates as I was suppose to and never heard back. I sent multiple emails before someone got back to me. The email that was sent back to me, said "contact Huhem Law Firm, from this point forward", which never provided me any reasoning. Black Bull Claims NEVER: 1. Never said they weren't liable for damage, they never denied liability. 2. Never explained the reason why it was denied? Which a denial statement was never made. 3. Never provided an official claim number or insurance on file of who handles their claims. 4. Also photographs of the car before it was taken and damaged. I contacted Huhem Law in regards tot his claim. I asked the law firm for the information. Huhem Law firm representative LIED via email and said that the towing company told me the reason (repeatedly), WHICH Isn't TRUE AND ALSO THEY STILL DIDN'T PROVIDE THE REASON AS TO WHY THE CARD WAS TOWED AND AVOIDED THE QUESTIONS ALL TOGETHER. ,I called back in to the office and asked another representative about the issue and was hung up on, because I asked when a lawyer was going to get back on contact with me. These people are thieves and are not honest. After seeing a review on the Huhem Law, I did some digging. I discovered Huhem Law is the registered agent of Black Bull Towing. I also discovered that Huhem Law firm is owned by Victor Huhem, the brother to the owner of Black Bull Towing owner, Aaron Huhem. I'm starting to see a pattern and have hired a investigator to look into both businesses and all parties involved.

Mr. Huhem helped me out a few months back with an eviction that happened in Parker County. Mr. Huhem doesn't tend to do work outside of the DFW metroplex but was was very willing to help me out. I will be sure to reach out to them again if I ever have any issues.

Google Black Bull Towing. This guy runs it. They lead the state of Texas in complaints by more than double and are consistently on the brink of being shut down. The guy lives in a multi million dollar place scamming people by towing illegally. Depiscable and a complete low-life degenerate. Spread the word!

He’s the brother of Aaron Huhem, owner of black bull towing, and the 2 is then have been operating illegally and scamming people out of money for years. Do not trust.
