Immediately after contacting them Don Kaiser came to my office to meet with me about our case. We have been using them ever since. Ellen Sacco since has taken on the majority of our cases and she has been wonderful to work with. Any time we have a question we can easily communicate in email or phone and get clear, direct responses. I have had plenty experience in the past with attorney's that have horrible follow-up and are out to help their clients just for the incoming check. I felt that they were Unprofessional/Rude. Sought advice for a matter of business I was not absolutely knowledge about, and the lawyer rudely asked "why are you calling us?" at the end of the call. It made me feel dumb for seeking a consultation from them. But, it certainly made my search for one easy. I absolutely will not be calling for future business needs.
