I work in real estate and close almost 50 homes a year... I would warn all sellers and buyers using this firm to check pricing before committing to this firm. I had a client close there this past week on a cash transaction as a seller and the fees were $350. Ive never seen a firm charge $350 for a seller side closing charge. The regular price is $200-250. In addition, I have never seen a firm (at least not until this past week) charge a seller $25 to wire proceeds. That is a free service every place else that we have ever closed in Charlotte. In addition, there was another charge for $25 that was never really explained to us.... these charges added up to $400. I would say they were trying to take nickels and dimes from us, however, my clients got hosed for an extra $150-200. Buyers and sellers beware. I will say the paralegals were top notch. They were very responsive and helpful. It is the pricing I would be concerned with as a buyer and/or seller.

I've been in real estate over 5 years and am one of the top agents in the Charlotte market. Bring your business somewhere other than here. I've closed hundreds of transactions and Hunoval law firm is filled with unprofessional staff, non-responsive paralegals, and a lack of detail. There are much better options in the Charlotte market.
