Limited number of attorneys. Agents no more helpful than website. Website has wrong information about attorneys. Takes days to elevate inquiry to receive response from maybe someone who might be helpful.

The service thru Hyatt was timely, completed very appreciated.

Update: After leaving this review Hyatt's Digital Marketing team reached out and was able to connect me with a different rep to review my case. This new rep was far more respectful and helpful. He agreed to pay the disputed fees, however my lawyer was not happy with their negotiated price and has decided to stop working with me. I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars as this process has taken hours upon hours of my time to sort out. I am hopeful that we are now on the right track, but I'm not sure if I will renew this plan when the time comes. I'm just not convinced it has been worth the investment. nnDO NOT BUY INTO THIS PROGRAM. I have been paying every two weeks for a couple years and when I finally need their assistance they cover essentially nothing despite what their coverage packet claims. nnExample: Demand letters are covered. However they fail to mention you only get one per attorney. I need a second demand letter for a different party, but the only way to get that covered would be to go to a different attorney. nnSmall Claims Court Assistance and Document Review are both covered. As I find out, they only cover an initial consult and I have yet to understand which documents are actually covered because the documents I had reviewed now all of a sudden are not included - with no explanation as to why. nnI now have a nice legal bill because of their incredibly vague description of benefits that I thought I was following perfectly. I'm fairly confident I have paid more into this company than they have saved me at this point. I have asked for help and I have asked for clarity. Nothing. VERY disappointed.

Everything about the experience was 5 star from start to finish!

Waste of time and money. I enrolled last year and most Attorneys in-network with them are not taking cases seriously. The bets option for such plan might be for Traffic Tickets, which does not cost so much to get an Attorney on anyway...Lots of exclusion and terms and conditions that create your case very hard to cover fully through this plan
