Worse customer service... I only went over to get a copy of my taxes and said good morning and everything the guy was like " here something else" I mean come on you work for the government that's mean you service for the people not treat them like we are nothing. If people don't love their job they are in wrong place.

We had an appointment, but we came in on the wrong day. The person on the phone told us the 15th which is a Wednesday. The 15th was a Tuesday. The appt was booked for the Wednesday.nnWe resigned ourselves to coming in the next day but the guy said there was space for us. He was very understanding about the whole thing.nnSecurity is serious. Think airport security. It took us an hour to get through at noon. Done with everything by 1:30.
