Seems Unemployment is coming up with any reason under the sun to deny or reverse one's ruling for unemployment. After a hip injury, I was put on administrative only duty and by doctor's orders not to go out walking around sites and climbing on roofs, etc until the injury could properly heal. First they granted it and paid me for 5 weeks. Then they reversed the ruling and said I had to pay back the $4500 or so. Reason: There are no administrative jobs in this area. Anyway, I set appointment with Attorney Berg and went over my entire case and what I'd have to do to win appeal. It was much needed-as most of us have no idea of the process, what they want, proof needed, etc. For the $375 investment in his knowledge, I won the appeal-- which will ultimately be worth $15-20,000! I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend his service before you try an appeal on your own.
