Being from NY, in Seattle for business, last thing I needed was a moving violation. It was actually for my younger brother, who I took out there to give him a break, rented him a Dodge Challenger, and for someone who doesn't drive, managed to break the speeding limit and was lucky he didn't get pinched for reckless driving.
