From Yelp: I'm a little surprised by the low scores, although only two, not only because they are ranked high on other social mediums for law firms, and they seem to have won quite a few cases. nnUnfortunately I ran into a situation where I needed a lawyer and did extensive research and shopping. Upon learning very specific skill sets proven through unique but relevant cases won, I knew I wanted to work with this firm. I took time to call, left a voicemail, and they returned by call within a day or two. Then I located their email to follow up in a few days. She wrote back immediately. Email seemed to work well. After that there was a lot of back and forth, asking/learning details. They were extremely engaged, personable/humane, attentive/skilled and knowledgable in their approach and position, communicative/excellent in their advice and legal writing and guidance. They even continued to communicate with me after their job was over. I feel as though Steven Fingerhut, my lawyer, and the others at the firm were excellent. I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to my contacts. I highly recommend them! By the way, the case resulted in our favor!

I used Mrs. Weiner and her firm to assist me in an expungement from my former company. Brittany was very on top of her game throughout my case. She was courteous and has excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend Brittany and her firm. Five stars for me!

Having to hire an attorney for anything im sure can be a daunting experience. I was new to this and had an unfortunate situation that brought me to Brittany. To say Brittany was a delight to work with is an understatement. I never felt rushed, confused or uncertain about my decision. she made sure I was always in the loop, understood the process and next steps. She prepared me and encouraged all my questions. I knew Brittany had my best interest at heart and would work diligently. Im happy with my outcome and met someone I intend to keep as my attorney. Crazy but i found the firm because i am a die hard Howard Stern fan. High Pitch Eric always brags about his "lawyer Vinnie" so when I had a dispute with my former boss, I took a shot and sent him ab email. nnThe firm knows employment law. My brother is a lawyer but didnt handle employment (or really understand what is needed to represent an employee).nnOffice location is awesome! Hoping my case turns out well
