Had to pay 1200 out of pocket because without even notifying me, they stopped paying a worker due to her background check being expired. They said they never received a new one, yet I personally mailed it myself. Worse yet, they didn't tell us - so worker kept working and mailing in time-sheets and they never communicated to us that they hadn't received her new background check. This is only 1 out of 4 just as bad stories I could share - another one includes them insisting they didn't get an email from my employee when she had a timestamp on hers that said delivered. They have caused me many tears, and as a parent with a disability of a child with Down Syndrome, I shouldn't have to put up with this!

Cannot be more frustrated with this group! Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. Happy to share the numerous problems I have had with them but they are not worth the energy.

I have worked with them for about a month now. Their only concern is themselves. I have employed someone to help with my disabled kids. Gave the employee all her information pay dates time cards turned in everything that was needed. 31st of August was her first paycheck a month later from the day she started working and they gave me and then her the run-around on her paycheck. As someone that had an employee I feel like this company not only made me look bad as an employer and screwed my employee over.

Not a bad company to work for. It is frustrating when you call them with a question and they don't freely answer the question fully.

I'm not so impressed with this company. I needed help providing payments to a person who takes care of my son with special needs. There was so much back and forth and we didn't get those forms... just read the original emails! When I asked for a supervisors help they acted surprised! They told me I was all set to get my child set up with assistance so I did. They didnt call me until 2 weeks later when I submitted the first time card to tell me they had it wrong and and I had to have them resign. I am beyond frustrated and I would never reccomend this company. If you have special needs kids who need assistance- do yourself a favor and really research your options.
