Do NOT use this company. We had a business General Liability policy and after many attempts speaking with Beau and Jenna in July, August and September to get them to update code changes so the policy renewal but was only given empty promises. The last contact I had was on 9/16 that Jenna left me a message saying she is working with the company to get the class codes and will get the policy sent back out to get this taken care of and after never receiving anything from them I stop by the office today because trying to resolve by phone I couldn't get anyone to follow thru with their job. I was informed today that they could no longer just update the codes they would have to start from scratch to write a new policy but that company is not writing new policies right now. We had been with this company for many, many years and when I left their office today I was very regretful that I every used this company. Very disappointed and unsatisfied customer that due to their mistake they were not willing to make things right for a loyal customer.

Cancelled policy but they never cancelled/refunded. Put my mortgage escrow in negative. Almost a year and still no refund.

My aunt and uncle were 20 year clients, paid a deposit but had to cancel the policy when they sold their property as my uncle entered hospice care. My aunt was told they would get their entire deposit back but she ended up being charged nearly the full amount in fees. Either they are cheating people out of refund they promise or they are just too incompetent to know how their own refund system works.

The lady I spoke with was extremely polite and understanding. She gave me the information I needed. Thank you

Both parents deceased. Provided all the documents to cancel homeowners insurance. To include death certificates, proof of sell of residence, documents which show me as executor and document to have refund in my name. Received the refund and it is in my deceased fathers name. After all the hoops I had to jump through with their requesting of the provided documents and they still did not get it right.
