Tony Garcia will take your money and then stop adequately representing you, give you false information, and bassicly hang you out to dry. I would have saved $5,000 and been better represented by a public defender. Do yourself and loved ones a favor by hiring a better lawyer.

I wouldn’t recommend any one to go to this law firm , they scam you out of your money , comes to court late , the fees the law firm charges for doing nothing for your client is ridiculous! Advice please do not waist your money I understand lawyers have to earn their a percentage to work on your case but they only care about themselves not your client, is not passionate & devoted to winning your case! A friend of mine was a security officer and he accidentally shot an intoxicated, violent man in self defense while on the job.(the guy didn't die and made a full recovery)... This GARCIA guy was LATE EVERY TIME and convinced my friend that he should plead guilty which got him 26 years in prison. My friend is man who has no previous criminal history and has worked with orphanages and group homes for decades.
