Although cases change hands at different stages of the process, changing attorneys multiple times in the same stage is unnerving. Twice when I called, I learned my attorney was no longer with the firm. Communication was almost always initiated by me. My neighbor hired an attorney who is active in his case and doesn't just wait and hope things go in his favor. I seem to have wasted my only chance by hiring a lackluster, inattentive firm. If they take a ton of cases and win a third of them, they do well. You, on the other hand, get one shot to win at some stage of the process. You had better hope you choose a firm with stability, communication skills, knowledge of your case and what is needed to meet standards, and a proactive approach. This was not my experience with this firm. ****Update after response*** If only you had as much concern for my case as you do about a Google rating. The time to speak on the phone would have been at some point during my proceedings.

Poor attention to detail and they often ignored my request for comnunication until I had called or emailed ot rexted my lawyer multiple times. He left the firm and nobody bothered to let me know so all that time passed and i was thinking my case was processing it was doing nothing ( 10 months!). My lawyer never seemed to know anything that was going on, often promising an uodate that never came. I saved all messages sent and received. I reached out to the owner and never receuved a response. Then I get a letter saying they closed my file. They came highly recomnended but I had a bad experience.
