I really enjoyed my car buying experience at J.D. Byrider. My car salesman was Mr. Darnell. He was very informative in explaining to me how the process work. And made me feel very comfortable with the credit rebuilding program that they offer in purchasing a vic. I will definitely recommend any is in of reliable transportation and is interested in start or rebuilding their credit to come and see what J.D. Byrider can do for them!

Well I have to say I have bought many cars and this place was top notch. Irwin and Darnell made the car buying process much smoother because they were both up front about the cars and the program from the get go..there was no run around which was refreshing....everything is done in one place while you wait which makes it quite convenient...even the gentleman and ladies we met with the banking part at CNAC were helpful, friendly and again up front about everything. I would definitely recommend to others!

The salesman, Darnell, went through everything really well with me and I pretty much already understood what type of dealership they were. The sales and CNAC people were great. VERY limited selection of vehicles and mostly higher mileage...kinda feel I was forced into what I’m in because of need and that’s one of only two vehicles they even had that I half way liked, which the one I really liked wasn’t even at the lot....then on top of that I wouldn’t have even left had I known the driver window doesn’t work AT ALL...tried calling back and waiting on return call...however if you NEED a vehicle with nowhere else to go they will help you if you have time on job and make the payments...

I had gotten my first car here. Was in an accident and the people here took awesome care of me! They made sure that first and foremost that I was ok physically. Then they did all they could to get me into something else! I'm truly grateful for them being so caring and honest with me! Definitely would recommend this sales team and Irwin Jackson to help anyone looking for a car!
