I had the opportunity to work with Timothy Dudley and his supporting team. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about them. I was surprised that everyone I came in contact within the office clearly responded to all my questions and concerns. The office team expressed themselves in the outmost professional manner. I was never able to talk to the Lawyer on my case only the messengers. My lawyer mistook the information I gave her and decided to go for full custody in a case I wanted to start with visitation rights because I have never had any time with my son because of his mother. The Lawyer Mary withdrew from our case so we paid up 1900.00 for her to cancel the withdraw. She did not cancel the withdraw and they said that they used all of the retainer in litigation so there is nothing left. I would be very careful reading and understanding the contract and be aware that you most likely wont be talking to the attorney even if you have questions or things to clarify about the case. They will charge you every 2 weeks I was paying over 600.00 every 2 weeks and they have no compassion to work with you what so ever even if you try and get them the money they will spend it no matter what so don't plan on getting any of your retainer back even though they claim that they won't touch it unless they have to and that they give it back to you in the end. I don't know but I would never recommend this firm to anyone that doesn't have tons of money to throw at your case.

Elizabeth and Rose provided me with a great team full of energy, empathy and support. During a difficult child support case, they kept me motivated and strong. They handled my case professionally, advised me of many different outcomes and supported the decisions I made to move forward. I highly recommend the team to anyone seeking legal counsel.

Was told a simple prenuptial review was $600. Retainer was $1,200. Called about getting the remaining retainer back, and they sent a bill for exactly $1,200. You can't even trust an attorney even when you hire them. Thanks alot Brent Mecham.
