I am so happy! after having to make payments to these guys for the last year or so I only have one payment left and they will be paid off. After having less than a favorable experience with this firm and having paid them thousands of dollars. The original team member that handled my case for several months quit and I had to bring another person up to speed on the case. J.D. Milliner claims he was very involved in the case however when I met with him and the new team member I realized that neither one of them was really up to speed. I soon ran out of money and could not pay the outrages charges any longer. At this point Mr. milliner would no longer return my calls and I had to make payment arrangements on the remaining balance.nAt that time I was referred to another attorney by a friend, I supplied all the information to this new attorney, After a short review she picked up on something that J.D. Milliner had missed and she presented it to the opposing party and they immediately dis missed the case. The new attorney had the matter resolved in 72 hours and charged me $175.00 nI have been forced to make $500.00 per month payments on top of the several thousand paid up front to J.D. Milliner for a service that was less than satisfactory. I believe he is more interested in money than he is results.

At first, I was going to try to do my divorce on my own, but I soon realized there were many issues I had not considered. David brought many of these to my attention and made sure that my important immediate and future needs were addressed. I found him to be both assertive and reasonable.

My experience was great, going through multiple extremely complicated legal issues J.D. Milliner did a fantastic job. My assigned attorney left to pursue independent practice at the end of my case and J.D. Milliner approached the option to stay with them or transfer to the attorney who handled my case. That option or choice was to my best interest as the client, which I found honorable. I chose to let the attorney who handled my case to continue to do so regarding that specific legal issue. I continued with J.D. Milliner regarding my divorce and related divorce matters. End results were to my expectation and more.

Extremely satisfied with my experience with J.D. Milliner & Associates. Their attorneys and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very reliable. I couldn't appreciate their efforts any more. I would absolutely recommend J.D. Milliner & Associates to my friends and family who may need legal assistance.

They take your money but don't return calls, emails, or put their name as rep for your file. These people gives lawyers a bad name.
