I see so many negative comments on here, but I wanted to share my experience. Ms. Brianna was so pleasant to speak to and she provided me with the information that has been requested. I know with this choice of employment environment- it would be very difficult not to take things personally. I appreciate your kindness ma’am. Thank you!

The people who answer the phone are very rude and unprofessional to say the least. They lie and give you false information to get what they want. However, I did speak with a supervisor who was nice. Only after requesting to speak with a supervisor after getting nowhere with the receptionist or whatever title she holds. Several of them were rude!! They hang up in your face for asking questions that they don't want to answer. I would not recommend using them. Also, I paid off a debt with them years ago and they are saying I still owe a balance which I know I paid it off to 0 balance. They will also try to collect on debts that are past the statue of limitations. Watch out for that as well.

these people are relentless about pursuing debt, as in they are debt collectors. Look under Title 15 Mississippi code regarding" fraud and unwritten contracts." Unwritten contracts etc in my opinion (debt collectors) is a person or business that has purchased a closed account and a "bad" debt. No one I know in Mississippi has contracts or agreements to pay a debt collector, which seems to be what Jacob Law does. He certainly isn't family law. He must have sued me before, but I'm not sure. He seems to know me, but considering he is pursing a closed account from 3 years ago, he is now representing a debt collector, I really have no binding contract with a debt collector. no one does. Harrasment is basically all a debt collector is/does and that is what this is.

I had a procedure done in 2014 in Tenn. In 2017 Jacob Law Firm got a judgment against me for these medical bills I was not contacted before or after till money came out of my check this Feb. 2024 I started calling that day and several times a week up till today April 12th 2024 to speak to someone about this NO ONE will tell me anything and been told numerous times someone will call me back and that NEVER happened. I contacted the hospital and was told they have no record of me owing them anything even the collection dept. I have requested all paper work from this law firm multiple times and still have yet to receive it. I have contacted a local news team also to do a story on this and why this Law firm will not tell us anything or send all paper work as requested several times, and was told to get all paper work from this Law Firm and the hospital where this was done and we can go from there. The people that work for this Law firm have been very rude and very unprofessional , And I think its very peculiar that it has taken this Law Firm from 2017 till 2023 to find me when I have worked at same job and lived in same place over 12 years. This garnishment is causing a hardship on me and my family my hours cut down to 3 days a week at work .With me being the only one working this is causing a major hardship My wife had a stroke a while back And at my age almost 60 I am trying not to have to quit a job just to get this off me and I don't want to have to file for bankruptcy I have asked several times to speak to the Lawyer over this and was told NO he will not talk to you only us here in the collection dept can. I would also like to know why I have to talk to different people every single time I call and still get no where. Maybe when I receive the paper work from this Law firm and the news team gets involved I can find out something . Its sad these days and time for it to be so hard to get anything done.

I was summoned to court to settle a debt. I accepted the terms and it’s been 3 months of trying to call and get ahold of someone to pay. Yet they threaten to garnish wages when I’ve been trying to pay them. Awful company to use.
