Shockingly and astoundingly bad experience. In two months, with a pressing issue, after being assured they'd be working on it and have information within two weeks, they had not even started and I only managed to extract one reply out of them, despite repeated attempts. I am sure Kirk is a great guy, but he is not running a competent law firm that follows through with what they say they are going to do (and isn't that what you want out of anyone whom you hire?). Perhaps if all you have is a simple closing (even through that, the communication was very poor with his para-legal. It's obviously a cultural thing there to blow off the client), things may be fine. But if there is any complication, they will not follow through.

The lady who answers the phones was so knowledgeable and helpful. When most will not help at all. I will be using this lawyer just from my experience with her. Thanks
