I have worked with Attorney Saraceni on numerous occasions. He is a true professional and continuously represents his clients with the utmost professionalism and provides a complete commitment to those he services. He follows the law, uses his training and education to the fullest potential for every client. He has a true caring and sincerity for those he works with and is thorough through the processes, and is confident in his guidance. I will continue to use Attorney Saraceni as needed and I would highly recommend him, time and time again .

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience working with attorney Saraceni. He failed to deliver what he was “confident” he would accomplish for me, which led to me having to hire new counsel. Furthermore, attorney Saraceni has not shared a copy of my files with me, or my current attorney even after my numerous requests. I do not typically share negative experiences publicly however, I felt this was necessary to share in order to help others.

If I could give zero or negative stars as a rating, I would. Avoid at all cost. James the is completely unprofessional, unorganized, and provides poor quality in legal services. If you want to lose a case, money, and legal remedy to any legal situation this is your guy. Run and find a competent and suitable attorney as soon as you can.. My personal experience was horrible and I would not recommend. Overall piss poor legal service. He will miss every court date, deadline, and your files and paperwork will always be missing. Unorganized and unprofessional. He also lies about his legal competency. You've been warned!

I was supposed to do 3 years for multiple felony assaults on paramedics and police, accompanied with a 3rd DUI, when I called Jim, he listened to me. Took his time to review every piece of paper from A to Z. He was always at court, always looking out. After a few tactics Jim used, the was able to change from judges which would be prejudice about my crimes. He actually got me 4 months!!! No assault felonies. And the best thing was he was great w the price. It was worth every dollar given to Mr Saraceni. If you don’t go with Jim, you’re going down!!

I would like to thank Attorney Saraceni for his help, determination, courage, analytical skills, and hard work. I truly appreciate all that he has done. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a sound lawyer. Thank you again.
