Saw Dr. Speigel at Dominican ER. It was late at night and he was clearly there to attend to another patient but he made time to come and see me. I’d had a knee replacement 2 Months earlier and a lot of fluid had built up in my knee and I feared it was infected. After a blood test and X-ray, he came in to take care of me and drained the fluid out of my knee. He was VERY nice and his confidence took my worries away. He’s an outstanding person and great physician. Wish there were more like him!

I had my left knee replaced by Dr. Spiegel, and I am about to have a shoulder replacement as well. He is easy to talk to and prompt in responding to any concerns I have had via text. My knee replacement went extremely well, and I recuperated quickly. I am expecting the next surgery to progress as well. Dr. Spiegel is experienced, competent, and caring! P.S. I am recuperating nicely from my shoulder replacement! It was a longer procedure than expected, but all went well, and again I feel very positive about my eventual recovery! I highly recommend Dr. James Spiegel and his team.

He is the best! He has done many surgeries on me plus consults, plus knee injections, plus a lot else that was very helpful! He's so kind, informed, smart, funny, professional and extremely helpful! My husband is a huge fan too.

We don't do knee replacements for old people. Just athletes. PAMPF surgery obstructionist. Told my friend the exact same thing. Saves PAMPF million. Ought to be incarcerated. IF only lawyers were free.
