I hired James and Snider law firm to handle what I would be a simple case. Even the simplest of cases can turn detrimental. Jerry and Nick handled the case with professionalism and informed of all available options I could take to dissolve my case. Thank you for all you have done to assist me. The personnel at James & Snider were extremely professional. The Firm helped me accomplish my goal with my Child Custody case. They were very attention to detail when it came down to what I wanted, and had a plan to help me achieved it. Everyone at the law office was extremely respectful, patient, and willing to work with me no matter what. If you want a firm that will exceed you expectation, then I highly recommend the James & Snider law firm.

Jerry is in my opinion one of the worst attorneys in the country. I hired them to handle a probate case when my son passed away and he turned it over to Robert Carlson whom tried to file a quick way and when it got contested he quickly withdrew as counsel of record leaving me to face the hearing alone. And of course what he had filed was thrown out by the judge and to make it worse I had informed him of the person that challenged the order. Also Jerry was representing me on a personal injury case which I have terminated him from and he will not release my file to the new attorney so now my new attorney has decided to not handle my case. Now I have to find another attorney so I can proceed with the case. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with The Florida Bar Association. I believe that may be the only way I can get my files back. I am on a fixed income due to a heart condition and I can't handle much more stress. Losing my 34 year old son was bad enough but Jerry and Robert have made it worse.

Jerry Snider has got to be one of the worst attorneys on the planet. He represented me when he was with Harris Guidi. He filed an incorrect motion. Costing around 20k because he filed to move into probate instead of contesting ownership. Instead of appealing, I was told he could not pursue this action as it was too costly....when I went to another lawyer, since that was where I needed to start no one wanted to fight.....ended up costing over 125k cash lost, and a vehicle and trailer worrh about 50k, and just to end it i had to cough up 37k cash....I would have rather handed Snider that 37k in cash.....he screws up, he will do the same to you. Beware! I would not let him represent me for a speeding ticket.
