Waste of $3000. nSupposed to specialize in gun rights restoration, but was COMPLETELY WRONG about how many years I need to wait after my last misdemeanor.. nnTricked me into doing anger management, which was 12 weeks, additional $750, and had No effect on my petition. None. nnDidn't like his attitude from the start. James didn't listen. He would just hang up when he was done talking, no "bye" or anything. nnAlways complaining about how hard my case was.. Dude you wrote a 3 page petition for $3000. I don't care how long my case sat in your file cabinet, while I was doing the weekly classes you told me to do.nnOffered me a $1500 refund, then CHANGED HIS MIND and only refunded $200 filing fees...nnHorrible experience. All of it.

I went to James for a will and medical directive. I thought I wanted something different but James was able to describe what I wanted and how it was different than what I was asking for. He was very professional and I felt confident in the decisions we made. I would recommend using him for a number of different reasons and will use his services in the future.

I would like to say that he met all my expectations and more. He asked what I wanted out of my case within reason, and the delivered what I wanted and more. I would recommend Mr. Feldman to anyone who thought they needed someone who knows the system and would represent them to the fullest. In short, me and everyone involved in this were all very satisfied with his effort and hard work.
