There are a lot of things that happened. Most of the reviews say he gives good advice. I can tell you several things. 1. He does mst of his work in Mt. Sterling, KY. He specifically stated that when the county prosecutor in Stanton retires (which from the looks of the guy should be very soon) that he would close shop in Stanton altogether. 2. When and if the grand jury indicts you they can add charges. We didn't know that. He should have. And in my opinion since we paid him $5,000 ($2500 to represent me and the same amount to represent my wife) he should have been monitoring it. They added charges which retriggered arrest warrants and he had no idea the grand jury was meeting the 2nd time or the decision they made. We called him because we needed help and he completely dropped the ball. Then when we found out warrants had been reissued, he was apparently going out of the country. He is absolutely no help and his priorities obviously lie elsewhere. If you need real representation not just advice I would not go to him . Go find a good lawyer in Lexington who is willing to travel. That's $5,000 for literally almost doing nothing that I wish we had back. We hired a new lawyer. So hiring him doubled our legal fees
