This attorney engaged in felonious conduct, including larceny and vandalism. He bore no trace of a legal education. He was a formidable predator and bragged to his clients that he could and would undo them as to all their legal rights. In his mind, since he could not win a case, due to unfamiliarity with both the facts of his clients' cases and applicable law, he made it look like he lost because he wanted to. His practice was a scam. He criminally harassed his clients, with chronic prank calls, spoof emails, bogus and illegal calls to police and ambulance claiming his client overdosed on sleeping pills and needed their stomachs pumped. He used his knowledge of his clients' credit card account numbers to make fraudulent credit card charges. He broke into clients' homes, stealing and vandalizing their property and then made jokes of it. He refused to spend anytime learning the cases he took beyond the one-hour "free" consultation intended to snare the client. When going up against a seasoned attorney, he demanded that he be released so that his incompetence would not be revealed. He played chicken with the ethics board and prided himself on escaping disbarment and incarceration.
