Mr Morgan is very professional and incredibly knowledgeable in his field. Quite an expert in several aspects of law, reasonably priced, and a very down to earth person to work with. I would be happy to have his assistance in any of my legal needs that fit his practice.

I was told my business would be set up as an S Corp. But paperwork/form was never filed with the IRS. Only set up with EIN for Ohio, which again was NOT was I was told in our meeting. I called and left a message to contact me to find out what was going on as my CPA needed the CP261 to verify my S Corp was indeed filed. James never returned my phone call but instead mailed a letter WEEKS later, very unprofessionally responding to my voicemail left. When it could of taken him 30 seconds to be decent person and to call me. I could NOT believe the letter stated he did not set up my S Corp from 6 months ago and would not set up the S Corp, that my CPA should of handled that. Huh??? Again, I was told that all of my new business’s legal paperwork would all be taken care of through him! Why in the world would I trust an attorney to only file half my paperwork to start my business?? My CPA literally laughed when I told her what his letter stated to me and with trying to undermine me as to why “I” didn’t file it? Don’t worry we are.
