Jim is incredible, he is kind and dedicated. He truly cares for his clients and wants what's best for them. I felt protected and heard thanks to him. In addition, Jen the para-legal is phenomenal. She has been my guide and support through my legal struggles and is amazing at what she does. I truly am grateful for her and her time. Jim could be great, but he leaves Jennifer to do all the footwork and she has failed at it multiple time. Jim is always the superior and doesn't listen to a thing you have to say. Had bigger hopes, but got shut down real quick. Was told a price, never sent updates on cost until 1-2 years after and was talked down to like I was the idiot and didn't browse my email good enough.... turns out Jenn didn't send any invoices... shocker. Law firm is unprofessional, Jim. Replace Jenn and I think you could halfway be alright.

If i can give this guy a zero I would. James is the biggest liar i have ever dealt with. He takes the money and does absolutely noting for you . his unqualified secretary does all the work including writing up the motions and filing court papers. He overcharges for his services. James shows up to court unprepared and has most of the cases facts wrong (because his secretary did it all). if i can describe him in one or two words thief and crook. People Be aware of this guy . DO NOT USE HIM. ALL HE WANTS IS YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL. i can back up every thing i said with real statements and court papers.
