At first I was very excited to have who I thought was a solid and aggressive approach attorney, to help me with establishing the best interest of my child, but I ended up doing most of the work myself, and even though the case was somewhat unique, the retainer was way to high for what wasn't done by this firm,no court dates not establishing support, a bunch of advice, essentially it was 1400 of 3000 down the drain.

I can’t control what people say about Jim but will speak from my own personal experience. I was in a tough position financially and though I could afford retainers with other attorneys, I couldn’t pay them in one or two payments. JIM GAVE ME A CHANCE WHEN NO OTHER ATTORNEY WOULD. He gave me hope and re-lit the fight in me when all other attorneys turned their back on me because my pockets weren’t deep enough for them. People are so quick to forget who helped them when they were down and then turn around and bash their name. Just remember, Jim was there when these other attorneys refused to help. And for that I will always be grateful. Til Valhalla.

Jim did a lot for me . the past couple of years he’s been going through his own issues but he did help me out and made a difference in my life and my child’s.

Unrealiable

Poor service. This attorney did not follow through. I learned later on my case. He never showed up to fight for my case. HE TOOK MY MONEY AND DISAPPEAR. DO NOT WASTE your money to this incompetent James Miller. HIS SECRETARY IS AS BAD AS HIM TOO. Do not trust these two fools.
