James West is an excellent attorney who knows the law and will represent you in an ethical way. I had the unfortunate situation of my dad passing away. My sister had a mental breakdown and filed a law suit against my mother and my mother had a court appointed attorney. If this ever happens to your loved one, they need an attorney to represent them, not a court appointed attorney that does not know the law and has split duties between your loved one and the court.
