I know absolutely nothing about the process of losing someone or how to handle the aftermath. nMr. Burns, called me back same day, within the same hour, and took the time to sit, and speak to me also the same day, within the same hour. Mr. Burns and his staff are very efficient. He helped me out immensely. It was a very difficult time and I was totally lost. He got me the best deal I could have hoped for. My case was extremely complicated with several unusual issues that aren't the norm. He navigated through the legal system, took some chances and I definitely came out on top. His staff is also EXTREMELY helpful. Rather than just take messages or pass information they actively worked to help me get answers and get things done.
