After my Pit Bull Dog Bite I decided to contact an attorney. I called 2 attorneys and one did not do dog bites and the other was a long way away. I called Jim Cunningham's office and Barbra answered. She did an excellent job of asking the proper questions and was quite professional and courteous. She explained the procedure and said she would call me back, if I was ready to proceed. She called me back within an hour and we made a pledge to pursue the case. I docu-signed their paperwork and sent in my information and pictures of the Dog Bite. It was a very easy procedure and Jim took over. Never went to their office until after I received a settlement. Jim was professional and explained that this would take some time to evaluate the dog's owner and their insurance coverage. Jim Cunningham did an excellent job helping me with my case!!! While in NYC at a Starbucks, I was hit from behind with a hand truck cart as the guy delivering baked goods plowed into me.
