Jim must have way too much of a workload to take on additional cases. I met with him and 6 months later did not hear a word back only to have him tell me he had not researched my case at all. I have spent hours on hold for him. Wait time in the outdated waiting room is far more than it should be, even when you're on time. Stay far away. The only plus is the friendliness of the reception staff. We'll see if they send me my $100 back.

James handled...or should I say mishandled my grandma's eatate from the beginning. He doesn't return calls until you send several emails showing documentation of his lack of handling. He slows all processes down to incur more fees against you until the end when he simply either doendoe show up or comes to meetings over 20 minutes late. Erroneous charges and lack of actual law knowledge are his biggest downfalls.stay away from this lawyer!
