My experience with Attorney Joiner and administrative/paralegal team has been nothing short of thorough, knowledgeable, timely and compassionate. Attorney Joiner assisted me in establishing, retaining contact with my step-father and reuniting him with my mother following an unwanted 2 year separation. It was a extremely complicated guardianship case resulting in several legal steps to ensure that my step-fathers rights and desires were honored, protected and valued above the wants of ALL other individuals, while also keeping him safe during a steady decline into Alzheimer's Disease. I did my research, asked plenty of questions and obtain expert guidance trustworthy direction over more than a year of litigation. I have been a nurse case manager for 20 years and worked with attorney's before and Attorney Joiner Law Offices is HIGHLY recommended. My parents would not have been back in each others lives today, if not for Attorney Joiner and Cindy Roberts acting as my advocate as a caregiver.

PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE!!! I have been lied to and have had over $30,000 STOLEN from me by James Joiner and/or his “trustee” Sara Fuentes! What I was promised verbally was not what he put in his contract that I never got to read before signing! I have been fighting eviction, lost my vehicle, and everyday struggling to eat and get by while Mr. Joiner refuses to refund my money. They haven’t paid ANY bills on my behalf in over a year and I pray to God that justice will be served!! DO NOT TRUST THIS CROOK!!!

An unforeseen Accident left me with severe neck/back injuries that would ultimately require several major surgeries to repair. I have already suffered through 4 years of Chronic Pain and I was finally able to get enough money saved up to pay my bills during recoveries by 2019. I took my entire Savings to MR. JAMES "JIM" JOINER to open a "safe" or "trust" account. A traditional bank account; in my name, would have forced me to lose my Health Insurance which is also a requirement for surgery. I met MR. JOINER, his Wife, his Secretary, and his “trustee”, Sara Fuentes of Integrity Guardian Services, all within the same day and after I was asked to drop off my money and sign the 'contract' MR. JOINER was hired to write. They ALL seemed like Genuine and Caring people who were going to "help" me upon that first impression. Boy was I completely WRONG!!! After asking an abundance of questions about the "rules" of the Trust account, I was handed the 'contact' to sign. Because they all treated me so Kind that day I never even felt the need, nor could I because of an allergic reaction to a medicine that I had just started taking within 3 weeks prior of signing the contract. I was unable to read one word before I'd signed the one and only document I was given that day. Just 3 months after I'd signed the 'Trust', I called Mr. Joiner to dissolve my account so I could then schedule my actual surgery dates. Mr. Joiner then, and ONLY then, stated that his 'Contract' was written as a PERMANENT ACCOUNT and essentially ALL of my Savings were to be dispensed over a lifetime and at the SOLE Discretion of Mr. Joiner, even if it is an on the spot Emergency situation !! PLEASE DON'T RISK THIS HAPPENING TO YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES!!! I sought help to find a Temporary and Responsible way to SAVE money and prepare myself for surgery. I am Heartbroken and DEVASTATED that MR. JAMES T JOINER's 'contract' is actually closer to a PONZI SCHEME then it is to ever helping me!! AT THE TIME OF THIS WRITING: On top of the thousands of dollars originally paid to MR JOINER to draw up a contract, I now have to pay several thousand more, to hire a NEW ATTORNEY to get me a court hearing JUST to get my hard earned money back!! Every day my health is declining more and more and I am FORCED to wait for surgery until a Judge will issue a Court Order to cancel Mr. JOINER's 'contract'. IF I SUCCUMB FROM MY HEALTH ISSUES I PRAY WITH ALL MY HEART THAT THIS WON'T HAPPEN TO ANY OTHER INNOCENT PERSON AGAIN! ***UPDATE*** It is now March of 2021. I have not seen nor heard from Sara Fuentes in over a year meaning NONE of my bills have been paid in over 12 months and instead of Joiner filling a motion to dissolve his trust since I’ve made it abundantly clear that it is NOT in my best interest, he lied to the judge and requested that my funds be transferred to a new and unknown trustee. I have absolutely no idea why he would rather face a Bar Complaint and Criminal Charges rather than to simply file the dissolution. Because I have a pure heart I literally waited until now to submit my complaints.

Cindy and Mr. Joiner are great people to know. They know their business! I went to them by word of mouth. Friendly and courteous!
