As a retiree and a careful driver, I never imagined that I would have to deal with the aftermath of a car wreck. Again, Jim advised patience, and he prepared my case for trial. Finally, about a month from trial, the insurance company agreed to pay. I do not believe any other lawyer would have fought so hard for me or would have provided the kind of service that they did. Jim and Vicki and Kelley and Sydney and Devyn all were there for me. They made sure every medical bill was accounted for, paid my health insurance back, and even made sure every co-pay was at zero. I know that was a lot of work. I will always especially remember the mediation. Jim looked me in the eye and made me believe that he could, and would, take our case to a jury rather than accept the awful offers the insurance company had been making. In the end, he made a believer out of the insurance company as well, and I was grateful for a good settlement that did not require me to go to trial.
