I paid for a half hour consultation at 150 and I was told then there could be an engagement letter for both parties to review, I waited a week and had no follow up. I called to give feedback and the representative said he was too busy. What the ? So glad to at least give this feedback for future persons paying a lot for their important concerns to be dismissed. Tennessee needs to have better regulations on estates. As a teacher, I do all for barely those whom I advocate,when justice seems only for those who are rich. What happened to fair representation, as far as all… seriously do not have that to pay forward, but I will hope better for the next generation. His office did offer to provide a reference but I have lost a week waiting for that letter and that is one week now that I lost trying to find an attorney.

Had called his office to ask a simple question regarding my mother's will which he prepared about 9 years ago. My probate attorney had just passed away unexpectedly and was also a long time friend of my parents. Left a message with his assistant to please call me back. Never received a call back. And I am certain the preparation/drawing up a new will was NOT FREE. I am sure my mother paid a hefty charge for the services.

Jared was highly recommended for wills, so we made an appointment with him. Our will is not complicated, as I say something's are worth paying for. Jared sent some forms to fill out as we did. Probably to shorten the time, I appreciate that. Jared took the time and explained the process completely. Overall this was a good experience and I would highly recommend him. If you need a will, or estate attorney Jared is your man.

Jared is great and made the process so easy for getting my Mom's will and poa's created. He is easy to talk to and I would highly recommend him.
