This practice also does collections for medical offices.... They refuse to dispute the wrongful debt with the client ( medical office ) and just continue with letting it effect your credit. I am a billing manager for a medical office so I know for a fact there is supposed to be a dispute system in place to avoid wrongful debt collection. The lady who answered the phone told me it wasn't her problem and I can either pay it or wait for the office to fix the issue and then hung up on me. I can only imagine how they treat other people that call their practice for other reason. Bad business and a bitchy receptionist.

They don’t make payments to the entities they’re collecting for. That’s bad business in itself
