I have never seen a judge render a verdict so quick...thank you so much Mr. Winn! Mr. Winn was extremely prepared for the trial and was great to work with. He was always available for my questions unlike most attorney's I have dealt with in the past. If I need an attorney again (Hopefully I won't!) Mr. Winn will be the first on my list to call! Thanks again!

Mr. Winn's performance was definitely far from good. In fact, it was below mediocre. He had managed to drag a simple case out into months and months of unproductive and useless hearings, wasting everyone's time, and costing money. I am extremely disappointed, and wish I had gone with another lawyer, somebody who wouldn't be spinning tires in one place the way this attorney did. I honestly believe that he did a half-effort job representing me, and now, as a result, I will have a criminal record, not to mention lost profits, money, and other problems that have resulted from this 'mis-representation.' I would also like to add that he treated me with a complete lack of respect, and a lot of times it felt like I am speaking to the prosecutor instead of a defense counsel. If you want a clean criminal record and a litigation that results in a positive outcome, then I advise you to take your business elsewhere.
