Everyone that works in his office works incredibly hard, extremely professional, easy to talk too and ALWAYS willing to help. Jason truly understands more than most attorneys I have ever known. He understands and cares more deeply about the family and does not see people as dollar signs. He did not want to make any process longer or more difficult, not only for myself but also for my daughter. He truly made me feel that not only was he there to support me through mediation, he was also there as a supporting friend in a difficult situation, that had been going on for several years. He was very quick to answer all my questions/concerns and to hear my thoughts about everything. He made sure that nothing was put into the decree (or left out of the decree) that could potentially be twisted, as my ex has always tried to keep what he had felt was "more power" over me. SO many of us are so quick to just be heard, we often forget to hear the other person. WHen I was dealt with probably the biggest decision of my life, I had no clue where to turn to, where to get help or advise. I received a referral to Jason Whites & Associates. After long thought and preying about him, I had a strong feeling I need to at least consult Jason. So, I called his office and he was fully booked for days, and I was really needing advise as quickly as possible. Jason and his team was able to rearrange their busy schedule so they could see me the same day I called. That was the first step that made me really enjoy his team. Then my consultation went so well and he was so honest and true and his main concern as was my wife's and me that our children came first. He was 100% on board with that and agreed with me. He shared past experiences and gave me the best advice I could ever imagine. He was honest, he was compassionate towards both myself and my wife and children. I will never forget how loving he felt towards my kids and my wishes for them. He was never once out of line or he never once wanted to "take her for all she is worth" in regards to my wife. Attorney's get a bad rap from society, but Jason is just the opposite of all that social stigma that people put on attorneys. I will never forget his and his staff for their understanding and their help. They were by for that best attorney and staff i have ever met with or been in contact with.
