Update: The attorney that did this is I give Mark Rosenberg in Bethesda, MD, it appears the name of law firm or organization on google changed. It appears very shady, be careful, he is taking checks & not providing a service. Luckily, with new attorney the agency settled…... Y’all, it’s so important to do due diligence regarding attorneys despite good ratings on legal sites as attorneys can easily get bad ratings taken down…… I do not recommend for EEO. Based on having other attorneys & questions he asked Agency, its clear he had less EEO experience. You want an attorney that will look into pretext aspects of discrimination. In any rate, he dropped my case based on a personal emergency he had. I paid him $4,000 retainer and I haven’t received a statement or any record of services that he rendered despite follow up requests. I wish this attorney well but it comes across shady.

I had a positive experience with the estate planning attorney who demonstrated a thorough understanding of my needs and concerns. It's important for an attorney to be introspective and ask the right questions to ensure that they fully understand your situation, and these guys really did just that. Taking the time to understand your problems is crucial in estate planning, as it ensures that the attorney can provide you with the best possible advice and guidance. It's not often that I find people who are willing to invest the necessary time to ensure that they have a comprehensive understanding of your situation. Overall, it was a positive experience with this firm. I was slightly annoyed with the inordinate amount of follow up and phone calls, both before and after I engaged them, but I need to commend them for dedication to understanding my needs and concerns which is a great sign that they are committed to providing the highest level of service.

Poor management. I scheduled a review session in advance and received multiple reminder notifications leading up to the appointment that I promptly confirmed. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I received a last minute phone call from Dottie Gottfried that Jeffrey Katz could no longer make the meeting because his earlier client was late. She mentioned that they had to push all appointments out today because of this situation but somehow could not keep my appointment on the books. When I asked about the other appointments scheduled for the remainder of the day, she mentions that they have been affected by this as well but surprisingly they would all still be seen today by Mr. Katz. I asked her if they were going in the proper order, that I would be considered the next client in line. I had no issues with waiting until his current client was wrapped up, but somehow she says that it’s not possible to see me today. We can only reschedule two days from now - which would have been fine, but I had already received an extension from the party that I needed to have the document back to and this would further delay my response, so I declined. This firm is not reliable, understanding, honest, or accommodating. I would never seek out any other services from them again. I understand my request was very minimal compared to maybe other clients but I still deserved an opportunity to have my concern reviewed. I just don’t like the lies that I couldn’t be seen today when they should’ve just gone in order of clients and let the others know the same thing. Unprofessional!

I just finished my Initial Estate Planning meeting with Jeffrey Katz and Julianne. They were very profesional, taking their time to answer my questions in detail and reviewing all options that suited my case. They left me feeling confident in the plan that we came up together. Julianne, I appreciate you extra ability to explain any information and list the facts in a way that made me sure that I understood them. I would not have put this project off for such a long time if I had known that they could make it so straight forward. THANK YOU!

Irresponsive and irresponsible. I was planning to hire a this lawyer just because they had a nice review and people talk good staff bout them, initially she said no conflict, and did not responded for whole month, after one more and many attempts to establish contact , they just said they have conflict. If you have a conflict you should say it in a first place, not to waste time and money !
