If you're a female patient seeing Dr. Jeffrey Territo, I suggest asking a female staff member to remain with you at all times to hopefully avoid any inappropriate comments.

The doctor and his wife are awesome but some of the staff is ignorant. I went in early to pick out frames and was harassed to get pre-tested and my info updated. I told her I came in early to look at glasses because I need a new pair and she kept insisting and getting very ignorant that I do it later. Then the girl in the hallway started getting ignorant along with her saying we need to have you ready for the doctor. They were actually yelling at me. If that was the case then they should have scheduled me sooner. I told her by the time they were done arguing with me I could have had a pair picked out. There was no one else in the waiting room. I'm still in shock as to the way I was treated today. My husband and I will never go back.
