Worst experience with an attorney in life! Sean Merritt was the guys name I’d steer clear from him. First he tells me that he can’t represent me the. Once I start calling around again to local offices after an offer had been made now all of a sudden he’s interested, so since I just want the court nightmare to be over I figured , hey why not give the guy a shot. I presented him with everything I had within 24 hours of his request for them and then all of a sudden he’s a ghost no emails no calls until I reach out to him first. So I did and I ask him the first time is this enough to get more than what was offered to me. He calls me by the someone else’s name in the email where my name is included in the email. I corrected him on the matter and do you think I got an apology for his carelessness and unprofessionalism ... no... instead it was silence no emails no phone call correspondence whatsoever. So after a 4 days with no reply I reached out yet again to ask if I have the representation I deserve and requested, especially because my court date is now only one week away and I’ve wasted my time and energy with him. And I get a response the next day stating. He will be happy to continue to look over evidence. A week before the case! No thanks... save yourself the headache. Then the guy has the nerve to call me once I made a complaint about him. Lol no thanks too late. If you could get negative stars I would

This firm is a no nonsence firm. I don't have to worry about anything!!!! They cover all possibilities!! They get it done! All the staff members that I have encountered were very knowledgeable...they know their stuff. Good people. I would recommend them.

Would not recommend if you're seeking an attorney based on a mental health case. Was told they would work with me once I was denied disability a second time. After my second denial, I spent six weeks trying to contact them, only to finally get a call essentially saying "We're not helping you, find someone else", and by this point my 60 day window to appeal was almost up. Absolutely abhorrent.
