Jeffrey should not have a license in this feild. His actions are unethical, illegal & unprofessional. He cares more about the money rather than the client. My sister paid him a retainer fee of 5,000 dollars. Once paid, He'd avoid her calls and would never return them. Sadly She never got that money back.He told her she had a strong case so she trusted him. unfortunately, that trust was a major mistake. He took complete advantage of her and her situation. Please Avoid this man at all costs. He's a con artist.

Avoid for real estate law at all costs. FAILED TO DO PROPER DUE DILIGENCE, neglected to obtain/review coop financials and missed a huge expiring tax abatement (5% increase to monthly maintenance for next 5 years) until I was informed AFTER I went into contract with seller. When I approached him about this he was rude, deflective, yelled, aggressive, hung up on me, did not return basic inquiries in a timely manner - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Overall, did not do the job and was defensive when confronted. WORST LAWYER I HAVE EVER INTERACTED WITH. Was referred by 1199 SEIU union - paid more of a price than the discount … fellow union members AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

OMG, Jeff is the best!! This was the first time in my life that I ran into a financial problem (60+). I needed to declare Bankruptcy. Jeff held my hand throughout the entire procedure, took my numerous telephone calls and assured me every step of the way. In addition, my son had a very complicated bankruptcy that Jeff, through numerous telephone calls, letters to Trustee, etc., was able to work through a complete discharge for him. I have other friends that worked with different lawyers and after them taking their money, they were never able to get through to talk to their lawyer. Jeff is the opposite. You will not be disappointed with either Jeff or his very professional staff.

Jeff has done a number of closings for us. Once he climbed four flights of stairs during a NYC power blackout to close the sale on our loft. He also spotted issues in the other parties paperwork in our NJ condo closing that saved us a lot of grief. He is smart, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

I worked with Jeff over the last decade and he is a consummate professional. Extremely Knowledgable of the law and able to go to bat for his clients. We worked closely on landlord/tenant dispute and I strongly recommend him as a lawyer to anyone looking for great legal counsel!
