This attorney never returned mine nor my brother's phone calls. When we first met him all he kept telling us was that "we were in a pickle", then acted insulted when he found out that my family member's estate wasn't worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. After a couple of weeks, we called to see how everything was going, no one answered and no one returned our calls. Finally, after calling from a different phone number, I got a hold of the receptionist, informed her that we have been calling and no returned phone calls. She put me on hold came back and said the Mr.Ferguson just started on our case and ran into some issues. Upset, I asked, why wasn't my brother or I called. She couldn't answer. She couldn't answer what type of problems. I said that Mr. Ferguson needed to return our call so that we can be in formed of what issues came up. She said that she would have him call me, I said no, to have him call my brother. She said okay. 2 weeks later still NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then he sends a letter saying that I was not "happy with his service and I was unpleasant with his paralegal". Well you are correct about not being happy with your service but as for being unpleasant to your "paralegal", if you call that being unpleasant, she needs to get another her job. I could have been so much more unpleasant. Especially for the service we received. Would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.

Unethical. I brought to him information regarding my parents Will. He was to open in probate, he asked me to obtain additional documents from out of state. After I obtained the requested documents I went back to his office. He did not remember the case and he said he couldn’t remember where he put my documents. After searching through unorganized papers and file folders, he said he didn’t have the time to take the case. My parents were not wealthy, they were humble hardworking people, but no big payday for Jeff Ferguson. No phone call to let me know, thankfully I just went to the office. He did not care he had wasted over 2 weeks of my time. No apologies, no explanation, no manners, just too cowardly to say it’s not worth my time. When it’s our family we have lost a member of. I do not recommend him for ANYTHING.

Very good, common sense driven. Was able to do what I needed to keep me safe very quickly.
