She does not answer phone calls. Charges to respond to every email and phone call. My mother was charged $1000 for her to only send a letter and no response from the letter. Nothing at all come out of using her. Nothing..... For $1000. My Mom called her office and expressed that she was unhappy that she hasn't done anything and she received a separation letter from Mrs. Price. Would not recommend her for anything!

I went to a Dave Ramsey class at church. The lawyer leading the class stressed about getting a will made. I am over 50, single, and no children. He said he would charge me $150. I wanted to shop local, so I called Elizabeth Price, because I figured she's be cheaper than her Dad, who is a lawyer also.On our first meeting, she sent me home with alot of books about organizations to donate to in Peru. But, before I had a chance to look at them, I got a bill for $450 consultation.. I never went back. I found the Indy lawyer and drove down there for the $150 will and power of attorney.

I called her over 10x times. She never answer or called me back. How rude! Wow today I finally called her back again. I still think she will screw me over. I really dont trust her. How you going to be ready to handle my case in 13 days.?. No way. This lady needs to step up on how she suppose to take on your case. And try to know you and your case. So she can help you win your case. Thanks to the virus (2020)... the case has been rescheduled. She still have not contact me. What a rude lawyer...

She put her heart into our case She makes sure she does her research always prepared .She's tuff & gets the job done. This woman is Awesome! She was a blessing to our family. Her staff is very kind so that makes it even better! Thank you Mrs Price for EVERYTHING there will NEVER be enough word to describe our gratitude! Thank you to your staff for there kindness as well. I would recommend her a million times over !!

Do not use Price if you're LGBT+ or if you have a difficult case. She did not even contact our witnesses. She did not go over what court would be like (as we'd never been to court). She recommended a bigoted GAL. She flat out told me I needed to settle because she wasn't "prepared" to take our case to court when she had over a YEAR to prep.
