Jeff has handled my mother's will and the sale of her house since she passed. The house has sold in September 2017 and we have not received the funds from the sale of the house. My sister and I have been in contact with him through phone calls, text messages and emails and we are getting no response back. Last communications were beginning of December. I feel this is very unprofessional as this is the end of February 2018 and the house has been sold and the people are living in it and we do not even have the money from the sale and Jeff is not returning our messages or phone calls. I hope he doesn't deal with all customers this way. Also we cannot just show up at his office as we do not live in Illinois.
